All Blood Gangs in Los Angeles County
There are 88 incorporated cities and dozens of other places that do not belong in Los Angeles County (LAC). In doing this research on the development of gangs in Los Angeles, visiting each of these places in an effort to identify not only the active gangs in Los Angeles, but to determine their areas, too.

Through several weeks of field work and research there are a total of 274 Black gangs in 17 cities and five unincorporated areas in Los Angeles County. In this study, both the cities and unincorporated areas identified as "place," the term used by the United States Census.
