Pueblo Bishop Bloods 2010

http://naaila-bloodpiruknowledge.blogspot.com/
The Pueblo Bishops Gang is a Bloods gang located in South East Los Angeles within the LAPD's Newton Division and is headquartered in the Pueblo Del Rio housing project but claim much of the surrounding area as their turf as well. Their territory lies between Slauson Avenue in the South to 50th Street in the North and between Alameda Street in the East and Compton Avenue in the West. The East Side (E/S) 52 Pueblo Bishops are their main click, indicating that this gang controls E 52 street and that the territory they control is within the Pueblo Del Rio housing project. Although the Pueblo Bishops are Bloods, they rival the Blood Stone Villians and have been considered mortal enemies since a Pueblo gang member killed a Bloodstone Villains gang member execution-style over a bad narcotics transaction in 1998. The E/S PBB are also rivals of the Avalon Gangster Crips (although they currently have an unofficial truce with the Pueblo Bishops), 48 Gangster Crips, E/S 42 Gangster Crips, E/S 43 Gangster Crips and the 6 Pacc East Coast Crips. Police estimate The Pueblo Bishop gang had 200 members and its primary activities included drug sales, robberies and shootings.

Family Swan Bloods 2010

Family Swan Bloods
The Family Swan Bloods, also known as the Neighborhood Family Swans, is an umbrella gang made up of a number of different neighbourhoods on the east side of South Central, Los Angeles, California. There are two seperate Blood gangs that have linked up to create Family Swan Bloods: the Mad Swan Blood, who are located from 77th Street North to 84th Street South and the Neighbourhood Family Bloods, who are from 89th Street North to 92nd Street South (aka the 89/92 Families). Their territory stretches from 77th Street to 92nd, but there are a few Latino gangs that coexist within their turf; the biggest of which being the Florencia 13, who haven't followed the trend of claiming "Blood Killer" like 18th Street gang and coexist quite well. The Family Swan Bloods are enemies to all Crip sets including the Avalon Gangster Crips, Main Street Crips and factions of the East Coast Crips. The Swans rapidly moved across many States and Cities in America, in particular the mid-west and east coast (The Swans have been active in the east coast since the late 80's). O.G. Puppet Loko and Lanky Blood from 79th Street started the first Mad Swan Blood sub set S.E.A. in Southeast Aurora. From there, Puppet Loko went from down south to New York and recruited members. There was also members like Madd Rabbit and Baby Mouse who started a subset in Arizona and K-Glock who started a subset in Texas. Most Family Swan Bloods subset outside of Los Angeles originated from these five members. In 2008 the F.S.B. in Los Angeles and the F.S.B. subsets outside of Los Angeles united under the Family Swan Nation 779, 804 and 892.

The Blood Stone Villains are located in Los Angeles and is actually a combination of two separate cliques: The 52nd Street Bloodstone Villains and the 56th Street Bloodstone Villains Gang. Collectively they are known as the Blood Stone Villains or BSV. Their allies include the Blood Stone Pirus, the Bounty Hunters, the Denver Lane Bloods, Campenella Park Pirus, Cedar Block Piru, Center Park Blood, Center View Piru and the Centinela Park Family. They are enemies of all Crip sets, most notably the Avalon Gangster Crips, and all Hoover Criminals. Their only known Blood rivalry is with the Pueblo Bishops Gang and have been so since a Pueblo gang member killed a Blood Stone Villains gang member execution-style over a bad narcotics transaction in 1998.

Blood Gangs In Maryland

Bloods engage in local drug sales, robbery, burglary, and assaults within and between gang members. Violence can also erupt as they either defend drug territory or if they perceive that someone is not showing them “respect.” Often those trying to be accepted as members are most violent. New members are often required to commit a crime to demonstrate their commitment to the gang and/or to prove they are not cops.

Membership

Bloods refers to a loosely structured association of smaller street gangs, known as “sets,” which has adopted a common gang culture. Each set has its own leader and generally operates independently from the others.

Most Bloods members are African American males, although some sets have recruited female members as well as members from other races and ethnic backgrounds. Members range in age from early teens to mid-twenties, however some hold leadership positions into their late twenties and occasionally thirties.

There is no known national leader of the Bloods but individual Bloods sets have a hierarchical leadership structure with identifiable levels of membership. These levels of membership indicate status within a gang. A leader, typically an older member with a more extensive criminal background, runs each set. A set leader is not elected but rather asserts himself by developing and managing the gang’s criminal enterprises through his reputation for violence and ruthlessness and through his personal charisma. The majority of set members are called “Soldiers,” who are typically between the ages of 16 and 22. Soldiers have a strong sense of commitment to their set and are extremely dangerous because of their willingness to use violence both to obtain the respect of gang members and to respond to any person who “disrespects” the set. “Associates” are not full members, but they identify with the gang and take part in various criminal activities. To the extent that women belong to the gang, they are usually associate members and tend to be used by their male counterparts to carry weapons, hold drugs, or by prostituting themselves to make money for their set.

Recruitment is often influenced by a recruitee’s environment. Bloods recruit heavily among school-age youth in predominantly poor African American communities. Gang membership offers youth a sense of belonging and protection. It also offers immediate gratification to economically disadvantaged youth who view the trappings of gang life—gold jewelry, cash, expensive sports clothing—as particularly alluring.

Bloods members may go through different types of initiations. Some may join the gang because they are friends or relatives of the gang leaders. Others go through an initiation process that might include committing an armed robbery to bring something of value back to the gang, performing an act of violence, or being beaten by members in a ceremony called a “beat-in,” “kangaroo walk,” or “bull-pen.” This initiation is meant to test the courage and loyalty of the member. In some sets, the commission of a criminal act is also meant to prove that the initiate is not a police officer. Female associates undergo a similar initiation process; some sets require women to be “sexed in” by having sex with some or all of the set members.

Identification

Bloods members identify themselves through various gang indicators such as colors, clothing, symbols, tattoos, jewelry, graffiti, language, and hand signs.

The Bloods gang color is red. They like to wear sports clothing, including team “Starter” jackets that show their gang color. Some of their favorite teams include the San Francisco Forty-Niners, the Philadelphia Phillies, and the Chicago Bulls. They are also known to wear Dallas Cowboys clothing, whose logo contains a five-pointed star. It is important to note that many young people wear these colors and sports clothing and these indicators alone should not be viewed as evidence of gang membership.

The most commonly used Bloods symbols include the number “5,” the five-pointed star, and the five-pointed crown. These symbols are meant to show the Bloods’ affiliation with the People Nation, a large coalition of affiliates created to protect alliance members within the federal and state prison systems. These symbols may be seen in the tattoos, jewelry, and clothing that gang members wear as well as in gang graffiti, which is used by the Bloods to mark their territory. Many graffiti include gang name, nicknames, declaration of loyalty, threats against rival gangs, or a description of criminal acts in which the gang has been involved. Bloods graffiti might also include the word “Piru” which refers to the fact that the first known Bloods gang was formed by individuals from Piru Street in Compton, California. Finally, Bloods graffiti might include rival gang symbols (particularly those of the Crips) that are drawn upside down. This is meant as an insult to the rival group and its symbols.

Bloods members also have a unique language. Bloods greet each other using the word “Blood” and often avoid using words with the letter “C.” Finally, Bloods use hand signs to communicate with one another. Hand signs may be a singular movement, like the American Sign Language letter “B,” or a series of movements using one or both hands for more complex phrases.

United Blood Nation (UBN) or East Coast Bloods initiates often receive a dog-paw mark, represented by three dots often burned with a cigarette, on their right shoulder. Other UBN symbols include a bulldog and a bull.

Overview

Individual Bloods sets exist in virtually every state and generally fall into three categories—those associated with the original Los Angeles-based Bloods gangs, those affiliated with the United Blood Nation (UBN), and independent gangs that adopt some of the symbols and culture of Bloods.

The oldest and most familiar Bloods sets formed in the early 1970s in Los Angeles to provide protection from the much larger Crips street gang association. At the time, Crips sets outnumbered Bloods sets by three to one. To assert their power despite this difference in numbers, Bloods sets became increasingly violent, especially against rival Crips members.

During the 1980s, Bloods gang members began distributing crack cocaine in Los Angeles. The huge profits generated by the crack cocaine market swelled the ranks of Bloods sets and induced many “entrepreneurial” members to migrate to other cities to set up new markets. The glorification of “gangster life” through movies like “Colors” also encouraged youth throughout the country to emulate the Bloods culture, symbols, and colors.

Bloods on the East coast are often referred to as the United Blood Nation. African-American inmates founded the UBN, also known as the East Coast Bloods, in the New York City Department of Corrections in 1993 to protect themselves from attacks by Latino prison gangs. The UBN was emulating the Bloods street gangs in Los Angeles. But while there is some cultural affinity between LA-based Bloods and UBN, their structure and philosophy are different, and they act independently of each other. The UBN, for example, tends to be more organized and the sets share a comprehensive philosophy, expressed in an oath, a prayer, a song, a motto, a concept of war, and 31 common rules. UBN sets also tend to be more racially diverse. UBN sets are most active in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.

Most Maryland Bloods groups have either a line of communication or a lineage that goes back to the New York/New Jersey faction of the UBN. In the housing complexes where these gangs are active, there is considerable evidence of links with Bloods members from New Jersey and New York. Some families move from NJ/NY to get away from gang activity but end up bringing youth who identify themselves with these gangs to the area. However, Bloods in Maryland are typically independent gangs although members may know or be related to Bloods in other areas. They follow the “culture” of the Bloods gang in terms of colors, clothing, tattoos, however their membership and criminal activity are primarily local.

Maryland Activity

Law enforcement officers from Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford, and Prince George’s counties and Hagerstown have documented Bloods in their jurisdictions. Carroll and Frederick counties have a small Bloods presence. These gangs are dominantly African American, but there are some Caucasian members, as well. Many of the Bloods do not wear gang colors and are closemouthed about their membership and activities. Bloods sets have a high level of transience with membership being fluid and interaction with New York and New Jersey Bloods. Most of these gangs are involved in street level distribution of drugs, robberies, and assaults.

Some New York Bloods come to the area to sell drugs and are then arrested and incarcerated in Maryland. Given the length of their drug sentences (often 4 to6 years), members’ families often move from New York to Maryland to make visitations easier. Those families then build ties in the community and when the family member who was incarcerated is released they stay in Maryland, especially in Baltimore and Hagerstown.

Allies and Rivals

Bloods consider themselves allies with members of the People Nation and rivals of all gangs associated with the Folk Nation gang alliance. These alliances were established in the 1980s to protect alliance members within the federal and state prison systems. The People Nation alliance includes Black Peace Stones, Cobra Stones, Insane Popes, Gaylords, Future Stones, Insane Unknown, King Cobras, Latin Counts, Latin Dragons, Latin Kings, Latin Pachucos, Latin Saints, Spanish Lords, and Vice Lord Nation. The Folk Nation alliance members (and thus, Bloods rivals) include the Bloods’ biggest rival, the Crips, as well as many other gangs, including the Gangster Disciples, the Black Disciples, and the Black Gangsters among others.

In some instances, Bloods and UBN sets will associate with traditional rival gangs, such as the Crips or the Latin Kings, when such associations benefit the criminal enterprises of both gangs.

Myth blood gang

Myths and urban legends - Throughout history there's always a myth about everything - humans, animals, soil, air and sea monster, the fastest ball in the old west, and more.

In this era of gangs, many of which have been said and written about gangs. Unfortunately, too much of what has been said is a myth passed from one person to another until believed to be a reality.

History of gangs

Asian, Black, (African-American), Hispanic and white - they were all part of the history of gangs. History does not repeat itself. Gangs in the United States is not new or recent. Their history traces back to the post-Revolutionary War days and they have formed originally as a way to protect yourself and as a social club. In the early nineteenth century, Irish immigrants formed the first time in the street gang in New York. Then with the arrival of immigrants from different ethnic groups, other gangs have begun to form, mainly by race or culture.

In the 1920s, the city of Chicago is reported to have had over 1300 gangs in the city. In addition, at that time, gangs began to form and is present in Los Angeles, California.

blood piru knowledge, blood gangsCurrently wearing gang colors or a certain type of clothing and come from all ethnic groups, Asians, Blacks (African American), Hispanic, and White (White). They use a nickname or "nicknames to identify themselves. They use drugs and alcohol. They engage in criminal activity, including assaults and murder. Gang today comes not from one of the identifiers or criminal activities. They have improved and expanded enough that it takes to be "gang bang" of the past.

The 3Rs

To better understand the gang mentality, the following are considered "Three Rs" of gang culture:

(1) Reputation / REP: This is a critical concern "gang" (gang). A representative extends not only to each individual, but the band as a whole. In some groups, status (or rank) is gained in the gang to have more "juice" is based largely on the reputation of a person. While "juice" is very important ways in which the benefits of gang members "juice" is just as important. Gang activity Gang can embellish their past in order to attract the attention of others. Gang members freely admit crimes can increase the feeling of power.

(2) COMPLIANCE: This is something that everyone wants and some gang members, their willingness to bring to the extreme. Yours look not only individuals but also to specify a person or group, family, region and various other things, real or perceived in the mind "gangbanger." Some gangs require, by rules written or oral, that members gang must always show disrespect to rival gang members. (The definition of gang slang as DIS). If a gang member witnesses another member fails to DIS by a rival gang hand signs, graffiti, or a simple "mad dog" or look down, they can issue a "violation" for fellow posse member and he can really be "beaten down" by their own gang as punishment. After DIS has been issued, if it is perceived, the three "R" will become clear.

(3) reward / Revenge: It should be understood that in gang culture, no challenge to remain unanswered. Several times, shootings and other acts of violence following an incident regarded as "DIS" (disrespect). A municipality is a confrontation between rival gangs and establish a gangbanger. " Outnumbered, he left the area and returned with "buddies" to end the confrontation to keep his reputation intact. This may occur immediately or may take the delay in planning and getting the equipment needed to complete the revenge attacks. Also be understood that numerous acts of violence is the result of bad drug deals or infringement of the area of drugs. Some question the authenticity of the gang rivalry in shootings and other violence. However, if a group of people to do both at random or premeditated violence, not a gang? If aspects of the band to learn, many crimes can be solved by the use of technical collection agencies for accurate information to law enforcement to handle this problem. In gangbanging, today's witness is tomorrow's suspect is the next victim

Where do we find the blood gang?

The chances are that you have gangs in your community, your school and your workplace. Prison and jail, you're almost certainly a gang in prison. And perhaps you have gang members living in your own home and you do not recognize the problem. Gangs are no longer limited to large urban agglomerations. They are now found in many smaller cities in the United States and not just low income, poorly educated, dropouts of society. Members of the gang now mixed in all races, cultures and ethnicities. Are no longer members come from single parent families who are never available to show the love and guidance of children. Our young people today are sometimes join gangs, although they lived with both parents who are in the middle income or income sector of society.

Too often the words we do not have gangs in our communities say the city fathers, police, chamber of commerce or tourism office. This is often followed by what we have is a bunch of wannabes. The conclusion here is that since the gangs in the community are not from Los Angeles or Chicago, they are not real gangs. Nothing could be further from the truth. If a group of young people in your community have banned together and call themselves a certain name, if they use signs, symbols or colors, and if they commit a crime, they are gangs, no matter what community members say.

It is easy to understand why any community, large or small, may deny the existence of gangs in the community - people do not want the stigma of a criminal. However, in denying the existence of gang activity, the public and helped the gang - they are a band that can develop, strengthen and develop the basic amount of power. In consequence of this power base, the gang believed to develop alliances and rivalries with other gangs gangs in the community

It is also easy to understand how parents do not recognize gang identifiers, such as graffiti, signs and symbols, tattoos, or a particular style of dress, worn or used by their son or daughter. How did this happen? They do not have time to become conscious.

Geng Have Gone Global

As mentioned previously, gangs are not limited to certain regions of the United States, they are not limited to the United States. Although their numbers are small, the gang is now known in several European countries, the United Kingdom, Africa and even under - Australia. This gang is now the same problem for every community and law enforcement that the United States.
